Because our products are the result of an understanding that combines the olive cultivation experience handed down for four generations with today’s technological possibilities and quality standards. We adopt honesty and transparency as a basic principle at every stage from production to promotion, from sales to customer relations.

We care about sustainability, respect for nature and harvesting ethics. We personally follow the entire process from the day our olives are harvested to the moment the pressing is completed, leaving no stage to chance.

Food safety is not only a necessity for us, but a conscientious responsibility. Because we do not only sell olive oil; we produce and share with you the oil that we use at our own table, feed to our children, apply to their skin, and consume with the intention of healing.
