Our Mission: Healthy Soil for the Future
In this sector where olive oils are sold at exorbitant prices adorned with packaging designs and so-called award emblems, our only reliance is our honesty and sense of sincerity. We are aware that we sell a food product. Our intention is to deliver and share the olive oil and its healing obtained from the fruit of our trees, with a deep sensitivity towards nature.

Who is Ural Mustafa Sönmez?
Born in Gömeç in 1982, Ural Mustafa Sönmez graduated from Akdeniz University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration. He added olive cultivation, his father’s profession, to his professional music career where he was a guitarist for many years, and founded the Asia Minor Oil company. Since 2020, his focus is entirely on olive cultivation. He now harvests the fruits of the olive trees he planted with his father during his childhood and youth.
From Our Own Groves to Your Table
As Asia Minor, we produce on a boutique scale. The source of our olive oil is our own olive groves, all located in Gömeç. We do not purchase olives from outside, we do not mix the crops of different producers, and we do not include products of unknown origin in our production process. Although this choice limits our production capacity, it allows us to protect our quality and traceability. We know which tree and grove the harvested olives come from each year, and we personally follow the entire process from harvest to press. Thus, we can confidently guarantee the story, journey, and quality of every drop of oil that reaches your tables.
